1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Reallab and its services, including course content, playgrounds, lab environments, and any related features (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account

When registering, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up-to-date. You are responsible for all activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Authentication & Verification

Reallab supports sign up via email with verification codes and third-party OAuth providers (e.g., GitHub and Google). We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that sign-up and certain operations are performed by a human and to prevent abuse.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include: attempting to interfere with or compromise the integrity or security of the Services; autoscripting registration or sending bulk requests; reverse engineering platform components; violating applicable laws; or using the Services to host or transmit harmful content.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Course materials, documentation, and platform components are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use them solely for personal learning and in accordance with these Terms. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the content.

6. Lab Environments & Quotas

The Services may provision temporary lab environments for learning. Quotas, availability, and performance are not guaranteed. We may limit usage to maintain reliability and protect the platform.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate third-party providers such as OAuth identity providers (GitHub, Google), email delivery services, and Cloudflare Turnstile for human verification. Your use of these features may be subject to their terms and policies.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present security or abuse risks. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that learning outcomes, environment availability, or content are error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reallab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Reallab harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email when appropriate. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction or, if specified in the platform documentation, the jurisdiction where Reallab operates. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, in courts of competent jurisdiction.
